Electrical Engineering Manager
- $100,000 to $135,000 Yearly
- Full-Time
- Monitor and approve engineering designs to ensure manufacturability an adherence to scope and budget.
- Manage the Engineering Team in terms of assigning work, monitoring performance, adhering to deadlines and establishing SOP’s.
- Measure and track KPI’s and report on variances/corrective actions.
- Work cross functionally with all departments to optimize resources and ensure efficiencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience with ERP Systems and AutoCAD/Inventor.
- Ten years in an Electrical Engineering, management experience required.
