Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients through various channels, such as inboud leeds, phone calls, emails, and online chats
• Assess clients' insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations & solutions
• Work with underwriters to procure solutions
• Educate clients about different insurance products and coverage options
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Follow up with leads and provide timely responses to inquiries
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Requirements:

• Prior experience in insurance sales or a sales field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Familiarity with insurance products and industry regulations
