Job Description

SUMMARY:

This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Financial Center Manager in all aspects of branch operations and assumes responsibility for the branch in the FCM’s absence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Manages overall branch office operations and branch staff

  • Proactively cross-sells First Flight’s products and services.
  • Establishes and helps to attain internal performance objectives for branch office business volume, deposits, loan portfolios and quality of audit reports.
  • Provides and maintains a professional, business-like atmosphere within the branch office.
  • Represents First Flight in public relations activities and community affairs.
  • Serves in the capacity of Loan Officer.
  • Achieves assigned production goals as designated/measured by monthly scorecards
  • Achieves Sales Metrics Execution Goals as designated/measured by monthly scorecards
  • Maintains a 90% or better post loan closing quality review score.
  • Tests branch security equipment and investigates security issues when needed.
  • Responsible for maintaining office building, grounds, equipment and fixtures.
  • Prepares reports for management as required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Directly supervises 1-10 non-supervisory employees in the branch(es). Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer one to two years of experience in a financial institution. Prefer one to two years of managerial experience.
