Kayastha Global Associates, LLC is a dynamic and innovative company with a global vision and exciting projects in the pipeline. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Office Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our growing company.
*Responsibilities:*
1. **Manage records and information:**
- Maintain organized and efficient record-keeping systems.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
2. **Plan and maintain work facilities:**
- Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of office facilities.
- Coordinate with external vendors for facility-related services.
3. **Provide administrative assistance to the management team:**
- Support executives with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
4. **Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication:**
- Foster collaboration and communication among different departments.
- Implement strategies to enhance overall internal communication.
5. **Perform other office tasks:**
- Replenish office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Handle mail distribution and assist with custodial duties as necessary.
*Qualifications:*
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Deadline-oriented and able to meet project timelines.
- Strong leadership qualities to effectively manage a small team.
