Our worldwide team helps over 3 million companies, more than 1,300 financial institutions and over 600 million cardholders grow with confidence and achieve amazing results. We are driven by our passion for success and we are proud to deliver best-in-class payment technology and software solutions. Join our dynamic team and make your mark on the payments technology landscape of tomorrow.

Ready to take your career global?

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Director, Global Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to join our ever-evolving Global Demand Generation and Partner Marketing team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this highly visible leadership role, you will drive the strategy, execution, and scale of global account-based marketing programs that accelerate pipeline growth, support a $10M partner acquisition revenue target, and advance Global Payments' expansion across international markets. By combining data-driven marketing, artificial intelligence-powered prospecting, and innovative go-to-market strategies, you will create measurable business impact, strengthen alignment between marketing and sales, and build the frameworks that enable teams around the world to engage the right accounts, convert demand faster, and fuel long-term growth. This is an opportunity to influence the future of enterprise marketing at Global Payments while helping connect businesses and customers through commerce solutions that power growth globally.

What you'll own
  • Lead and scale the global account-based marketing strategy across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs, driving pipeline growth, partner acquisition, and measurable contribution toward a $10M revenue target.
  • Build and operationalize a global center of excellence for ABM, establishing playbooks, standard operating procedures, and best practices that improve marketing effectiveness and accelerate adoption across regions and business units.
  • Transform pipeline generation through artificial intelligence-powered engagement, leveraging 6sense AI Agents and integrated go-to-market technologies to increase scalability, improve account targeting, and drive faster lead conversion.
  • Own top-of-funnel performance and funnel outcomes, influencing account engagement, marketing qualified lead (MQL) to sales qualified lead (SQL) progression, pipeline velocity, and sourced and influenced revenue growth.
  • Partner with sales and marketing leaders worldwide to align growth priorities, optimize campaign performance, and deliver actionable insights that strengthen decision-making and increase business impact.
What you'll bring
  • 10+ years of experience leading account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, sales development representative (SDR) strategy, or related go-to-market initiatives in complex B2B environments.
  • Proven success building and scaling enterprise ABM programs that deliver measurable pipeline growth, revenue impact, and stronger sales and marketing alignment.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying journeys and global go-to-market strategies, including multi-stakeholder sales cycles and account-centric engagement models.
  • Strong analytical and performance marketing expertise, with the ability to leverage data, attribution, funnel metrics, and conversion insights to optimize business outcomes.
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving results across global, matrixed organizations.
It's a bonus if you have
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or advanced degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar revenue technology platforms.
  • Experience leading international ABM teams or expanding global marketing programs across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and APAC (Asia-Pacific) markets.
