- The Senior Director, Global Head of Medical Affairs, will build, mentor, and manage medical affairs capabilities across key functional areas, including field medical, medical information, and scientific communications.
- Develop processes, standards, and operating models that allow the medical affairs organization to scale effectively as business needs evolve.
- Guide medical communication activities, external scientific engagement, educational initiatives, and publication-related planning.
- The Senior Director, Global Head of Medical Affairs, will collaborate closely with clinical development, research, commercial planning, market access, and other internal stakeholders to ensure scientific alignment across programs.
- Represent the medical perspective in strategic planning discussions, external expert engagement, and broader cross-functional initiatives.

- An advanced scientific or clinical degree is required, such as MD, Ph.D., Pharm.D., or equivalent.
