What This Job is About:
As a Director of Global Partnerships at RedPeg, you'll be a strategic account leader on some of the agency's most visible work-the large-scale, high-profile programs that play out on the biggest stages. Think major sports and entertainment moments, multi-market activations, and complex live event production where the details have to be flawless and the stakes are high.
You'll serve as the account and/or program lead for these complex programs-owning client success, driving organic growth on your accounts, and protecting profitability from SOW through close-out. You'll partner with senior leadership on growth strategy and proposals, mentor the Senior Managers, Managers, and Coordinators around you, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with Production, Creative, and Talent to bring it all to life. Your ability to build trusted client relationships, spot where an account can grow, and lead a team through high-pressure execution is what will make you successful here.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the account and/or program lead for high-profile, complex client programs, ensuring success, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the development and execution of large-scale experiential and live event production-major sports and entertainment moments, multi-market activations, and high-stakes brand programs-partnering closely with Production, Creative, and Talent.
  • Manage venue sourcing and sponsorship negotiations for your accounts, owning these relationships from strategy through activation.
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth on your accounts and lead internal proposal processes, partnering with senior leadership as needed.
  • Build and approve account and program budgets and SOWs; ensure timely, accurate billing and own profitability against BvAs.
  • Develop and implement account strategies that drive long-term client growth and retention.
  • Serve as a key day-to-day client partner-handling proactive communications and challenging conversations with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
  • Mentor and manage Senior Managers, Managers, and Coordinators, fostering team development; capable of onboarding and training junior staff up through the Senior Manager level.
  • Ensure seamless communication and alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to departmental process improvements that make the team sharper and more efficient.
  • Represent RedPeg as a senior leader in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Travel as required to oversee high-profile activations and client engagements, bringing organized, dependable leadership on-site.
What You're All About
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7-9+ years of relevant marketing, event, or sponsorship experience, with agency experience preferred.
  • Experience leading large-scale, high-profile programs-major sports/entertainment moments, multi-market activations, or complex live event production.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and drive strategic, organic growth.
  • Experience working with national and multinational brands, ideally on high-profile or global programs.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a focus on developing the team around you.
  • Proven experience in budget management and financial accountability, including multi-million-dollar programs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including comfort with senior client stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and Keynote.
  • Willingness to travel to oversee program activations and client engagements as needed.
