Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global marketing and communications strategy that supports business objectives and strengthens EagleBurgmann's brand.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns, corporate communications, and branding initiatives across global markets and regional organizations.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, corporate design, and communication standards across all digital, print, and event channels.
  • Partner with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and regional teams to develop impactful marketing content and communication strategies.
  • Oversee digital communication channels, social media platforms, and marketing performance metrics to maximize engagement and return on investment.
  • Represent EagleBurgmann in media relations, trade shows, industry events, and global marketing committees while serving as the organization's brand ambassador.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, media partners, and industry organizations to support strategic communication initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, analyze communication effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in marketing and branding programs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or advanced marketing specialization preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, branding, or public relations within a global B2B organization.
  • Proven leadership experience developing and executing global marketing and communication strategies in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong knowledge of brand management, digital marketing, content strategy, social media, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, marketing analytics, Microsoft Office, and related communication technologies.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to build cross-functional relationships across diverse cultures; willingness to travel internationally as needed.
