Customer service and sales in IVD or biotech Industry

We are a medical supply company, Manufacturing and selling medical diagnostic and research tests. We are accepting resumes for Sales and marketing specialist. Focus will be business and market development, advertising and increase sale volume. Individual will be directly responsible for relationship building with customers, direct sales to attract potential new customers and maintaining existing customers to generate increased market share and develop new business. We are currently hiring sharp, ambitious, and hard-working individuals to join our marketing and sales team as customer service and sales representative. The perfect candidate has great interpersonal communication skills and possesses a go-getter personality with a self-starter mentality. Seeking applicants willing to train and learn.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Interacting with customers Informing the customers about new promotions and services they are eligible for
• Answering any product based questions or inquires
• Providing a great customer experience
• Following up with customers after a sale is placed
• Assisting with administrative tasks
• Inputting customer data
• Follow up on all marketing/sales leads as quickly as possible.
• Meet and/or exceed assigned sales volume/revenue targets.
• Preparing distributor agreements, letter of authorization and other customer related documents.
• Generating official quotes and Sales Orders.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM and PowerPoint.
• Ability to effectively organize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment Detail oriented and ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Science related field/Sales & marketing.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
• Experience in IVD industry in any capacity would be very helpful
• Familiarity and experience in Medical Diagnostics or device sales is highly advantageous
