Are you looking for a position as a Digital Marketing Specialist within a family owned organization? As a member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns to meet organizational objectives. You will have a role in creating and managing website and social media content, advertisements, sales collateral, event signage, and presentations. If you have a digital marketing background, the ability to drive success, and an interest in developing and implementing marketing strategies, we want to hear from you!

As an Digital Marketing Specialist, you will use your graphic design and marketing background to create and manage marketing efforts to help NEFF continue to grow. As a NEFF Digital Marketing Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Craft compelling and consistent messaging across various marketing channels
• Develop visually appealing designs for digital and print platforms
• Maintain NEFF’s website by utilizing best practices for SEO and web design
• Capture high-quality photographs to support marketing campaigns and corporate win sharing
• Produce engaging video content for promotional and educational purposes
• Coordinate the production and distribution of print and promotional sales material
• Serve as point of contact for creative marketing requests from NEFF management
• Design materials for NEFF and industry trade shows
• Support select trade shows within NEFF’s 15 state footprint
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all digital and creative assets
• Provide reporting and performance analysis of marketing campaigns, software, and tools
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required and assigned
• Hold a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a passenger vehicle without restrictions to meet position requirements
• Travel Requirement: 10%

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferred majors are Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or Multimedia
• 0 - 2 years of marketing experience, preferably performing the described essential functions
