We are looking for a Commercial Sales Representative to join our growing company! With a large footprint in North & South Carolina, we are seeking enthusiastic individuals with great sales skills to join our team! This is an independent role where you will have the opportunity to work for a company but feel like an entrepreneur.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Grow revenue and achieve the company's sales targets
  • Build and manage business relationships with commercial and/or residential builders
  • Exceed KPIs and sales goals
  • Generate leads through cold calling, building relationships, and following up on referrals
  • Commitment to using CRM daily to track and report activities related to developing new business
  • Become knowledgeable on current products and services offered within the company
  • Responsible for all aspects of client relationships and sales cycle including sales to new and existing clients, price negotiation, pipeline management, training, and marketing support.
  • Must be able to prospect, qualify, and close multiple opportunities in parallel, while maintaining ongoing business partner relationships.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients by telephone or in-person soliciting.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products.
  • Provide custom quotes as necessary.
  • Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 3 years of Business-to-Business experience (B2B)
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a solid 5-year driving history

Desired Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (presentation skills)
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to learn or experience using Salesforce CRM
  • General knowledge of pest control services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals/quotas
