Program Analyst/Statistics (4030)

Kiliuda Consulting, LLC as subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and Federal Contracting leader is seeking a Program Analyst to help support our customer in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Collect statistical data from field offices reporting law enforcement statistics,
• Input/track statistical data using Excel spreadsheets,
• Support/assist in organizing/preparing, reviewing, and reporting statistical data on a daily, weekly, and as needed basis,
• Communicate and coordinate with field and HQs elements and assist agency management regarding law enforcement operations/initiatives,
• Provide oversight and guidance to field elements regarding funding resources and, requests and approvals as they pertain to operations/initiatives,
• Budget coordination, track funding balances, requests, and approvals for operations/initiatives,
• Prepare documents, weekly/monthly reports, talking points, and PowerPoint presentations,
• Respond to requests/tasks by the Section Chief or other agency management,
• Assist in planning training seminars for field elements regarding operations/initiatives, and
• complete required training as needed,
• Complete other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• US Citizen
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass Agency background check
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service/support skills
• Strong analytical experience
• Excellent MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting in a fast paced constantly changing environment
• Ability to work well with all levels of management and co-workers
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize assignments
• Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions

*Must be able to work an eight hour day ON SITE between the hours of 7:30am and 5:00pm
