ProSidian Consulting seeks a Manager to lead and support design, development and delivery of client solutions for Management and Operations Consulting Practice.  The Manager plays an integral role in successfully designing, planning and executing client engagements and building the firm's reputation for quality service.

This includes researching, pursuing, and documenting possible business opportunities; Leading and managing our proposal development process; managing client relationships and deliverables; and developing teams while communicating with appropriate stakeholders.  The ProSidian Manager position offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain broad business exposure and contribute in a challenging environment where primary deliverables have a clear impact.  

ProSidian Manager Profile

  • Consulting Managers should have a BA or equivalent degree, an MBA is preferred with > 5-7 years' experience, and at least 50% in Management and Operations Consulting.
  • Task and assignment lead and manager:  Lead and manage performance of complex analysis; Pilot, contributor and co-pilot on engagement pursuits, Co - Lead and Co-Develop recommendations for clients; Develop deeper functional knowledge in ProSidian capability areas. 
  • Manage, lead, and direct analysis for structuring, performing, conducting primary research, pursuing opportunities, and delivering engagements that uncover insights that support our recommendations to clients. 
  • Manage, lead, and direct team responsibilities, engagement pursuits, and problem solving for clients. Enhances Management and Operations Consulting and functional skills.  Contributor and pilot on engagement pursuits. 
  • The successful candidate should have experience in Business development, Client Engagements and Relationship Building.
  • The candidate should have skills & behaviors that demonstrate progressive success in the management consulting universe.

  • Actively participate in business development activities, creating strong working relationships with clients.
  • Be an active participant within a team that provides thought leadership, project support artifacts and analytical concepts for use within the practice.
