JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Positive, friendly, energetic and personable
- Passionate about fitness and able to motivate and inspire our members to achieve their fitness goals
- Perform fitness assessments and design and implement individualized training programs with clients
- Person of high moral character and integrity
- Works well in a team atmosphere and communicates well with others
- Practices a healthy lifestyle
- Prior training and sales experience is desired, but a passion for fitness and heart for people is non-negotiable.

Responsibilities:
- Instruct groups of individuals in fitness activities
- Offer support to help clients achieve their fitness goals
- Demonstrate proper form and technique
- Develop and implement specialized training programs for clients
- Ensure fitness programs are effective, safe, and fun
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a personal trainer or in other related fields
- Ability to train at all fitness levels
- Passion for health and fitness
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

As someone who has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years, he saw a need to create a fitness company that was less about sales and more about offering actual career opportunities with livable wages to all of his employees while delivering exceptional customer service and training to our members allowing them to see real results that are maintainable.
