Job Description
About Our Program

Our therapeutic group homes provide trauma-informed services and skill building to young men. Residents receive intensive psychiatric treatment for complex trauma within a developmental framework. Up to five boys ranging in age from 14 to 20 live in each home. The treatment plans are carefully tailored to meet the needs of each individual. The programs provide a transitional home for the boys as they move from acute inpatient or out-of-state care to successful community living. Our highly trained staff provides ongoing consultation and collaboration with parents/guardians, courts, schools, mentors, vocational and Young Adult Transitional services to construct a wrap-around treatment approach to community-based living. The staff-to-client ratio allows for thoughtful individualized care plans to be implemented — both within the program and through diverse community-based activities — to help them as they transition to independence. Through evidence-based practices we are committed to fostering healthy self-esteem and positive interpersonal skills. Our philosophy of connection, versus correction, builds upon every girl’s unique strengths to help each one reach their potential
