Qualifications:

• Must be well groomed and practice good personal hygiene
• Must possess a strong personal desire to provide guests and residents with exceptional service
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, fellow employees and management
• Must possess a pleasant, cooperative personality that puts residents and co-workers at ease
• Must work effectively and react quickly under pressure
• Follow verbal instructions and documented standard procedures
• Willing to accept and perform additional duties as assigned by management
• Promote a team atmosphere
• Previous experience as a server a plus

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve all guests with enthusiasm, promptness and attention to detail
• Complete all assigned opening and closing side work in a thorough manner
• Maintain the station or row throughout the course of a shift
• Perform the function of a Hostess should the need arise
• Additional duties as assigned by management
