Customer Service Representative

Currently, our Chandler, AZ corporate office is in need of a customer service representative to assist with various office duties. The ideal candidate will be someone who is outgoing and enjoys communicating with others on a daily basis. This position is key to proof.'s continued growth and success.

Currently hiring for a Hybrid/Remote with the opportunity to be fully remote depending on performance. Hybrid would be three days in the office and two remote days. Can be a full in-office position if you prefer. Remote opportunities for these areas: Detroit, MI, Grand Rapids, MI, Boston, MA, and Long Island, NY

Customer Service

• Answer incoming calls from customers (to schedule services, collect payment information, etc.)

• Assist sales teams with new sales as needed;

• Correspond with customers via mail, email, online chat, etc.

Office Administration

• Use software to create technician routes;

• Assist with office billing;

• Input new customers from external marketing sites;

• Assist sales team by making sure new customer information is entered correctly;

• Routinely review various reports to ensure efficiency;

• Act as a liaison to branch managers and offer support to technicians in the field.

Pay for this position is negotiable and depends on experience and qualifications.
