We are a growing Arizona-based construction company performing federal, commercial, civil, and general construction projects throughout the Southwest.

We are looking for an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager to manage project quality control requirements, maintain RMS documentation, coordinate inspections, support field operations, and ensure work is completed in compliance with project plans, specifications, and contract requirements. When project-specific QCM requirements are not active, this position may also support project management, operations, documentation, procurement, closeout, or field coordination needs as part of our small-business team environment.
RMS experience is required. Federal construction experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage project quality control documentation in RMS/QCS.
- Implement and maintain the project Quality Control Plan.
- Coordinate preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections.
- Maintain daily QC reports, deficiency logs, testing records, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
- Review drawings, specifications, submittals, scopes of work, and contract requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, inspectors, testing agencies, and government representatives.
- Track and resolve deficiencies, punch list items, rework, and corrective actions.
- Support submittals, RFIs, material inspections, testing coordination, and closeout documentation.
- Help identify quality risks and compliance issues early.
Required:
- RMS/QCS experience.
- Construction quality control experience.
- Ability to read plans, specifications, contracts, and approved submittals.
- Strong documentation, organization, communication, and follow-through.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PDF/Bluebeam, and project documentation systems.
Preferred:
- 5+ years of construction QC experience.
- Federal construction experience.
- USACE, Air Force, NPS, CBP, VA, or other government project experience.
- CQM-C certification.
- OSHA 30.
- First Aid/CPR.

Our office is located in Tempe, Arizona. While some work may be local, project assignments may also be located outside the Phoenix metro area and require travel or temporary out-of-town work. For qualifying out-of-town assignments, we provide a generous per diem package.
This position requires being on-site in Yuma, AZÂ Monday thru Thursday. Per diem will be provided.
