RQ is currently seeking experienced Construction Quality Control Managers (CQCMs) to join our growing Field Operations team in Norfolk Virginia. As a Construction Quality Control Manager, you will oversee the implementation and management of project-specific quality control programs. Responsibilities include coordinating inspections, maintaining quality documentation, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and supporting positive client relationships throughout all phases of construction. This role is essential to maintaining RQ's commitment to excellence, safety, and client satisfaction.This role requires a consistent on-site presence on an active military base. Second-shift schedules may be required based on project needs.
