Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research
Ensure proper filing procedures are followed
Prepare various legal documents
Retrieve judicial decisions and other materials requested by attorneys
Maintain legal files and ensure deadlines are being met

Key Qualifications

3+ years paralegal experience with a 1+ years in Insurance Defense is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
Strong organizational and communication skills
