Job Description

Evaluating the cleanliness and hospitality of the hotel.
Discussing matters at the front desk.
Reviewing housekeeping efforts in each free room.
Reporting findings to management.
Supervising cleaning personnel.
Inspecting hotel guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and lobbies.
Inspecting vacant and ready rooms to ensure they are clean.
Inspecting housekeeping carts and closets to ensure that they are properly stocked.
Assessing, analyzing and grading travel-based establishments to ensure they're suitable for guests to occupy for a night's stay.
Working with a hotel's front office, housekeeping and porter staff to guarantee each team member is completing tasks accurately and on time.
Ensuring the guests room meets the cleanliness standards of the hotel and the brand.
Displaying effective listening and communication skills, initiative, ability to work independently and in teams, and lead by example.
