We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our Marriott Properties Cleveland/Akron/Canton, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have extensive Strong Marriott experience, strong leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of Marriott franchise standards, FOSSE PMS, and hotel operations.

Required Qualifications

·         Minimum 10+ years of Marriott hotel management experience GM

·         Expert knowledge of Marriott brand standards and franchise operations.

·         Hands-on experience with FOSSE PMS and Marriott systems.

·         Strong understanding of Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, Revenue Management, and Guest Services.

·         Experience with Marriott QA inspections and brand compliance.

·         Proven leadership, team-building, and staff development skills.

·         Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, payroll, labor management, and P&L.

·         Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead all hotel operations and departments.

·         Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and franchise requirements.

·         Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and service quality.

·         Manage hotel financial performance, budgets, and profitability.

·         Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate hotel associates.

·         Drive occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall hotel performance.
