Traveling Hotel Food and Beverage Task Force Supervisor

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL, 33301

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Traveling Hotel Food and Beverage Task Force Supervisor to oversee and coordinate food and beverage operations across multiple hotel properties. This role requires extensive travel to various hotel locations, ensuring consistent quality, compliance, and exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of food and beverage operations, and the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support food and beverage teams across multiple hotel properties during travel assignments.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in all food and beverage operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality and service standards.
  • Train and mentor staff to improve performance, customer service, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with hotel management to implement promotional events, menu changes, and operational improvements.
  • Manage inventory control and cost management to maximize profitability.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns related to food and beverage services promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare detailed reports on operational status, challenges, and recommendations for each property visited.
  • Adapt quickly to different hotel environments and team dynamics while maintaining consistent standards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage management within the hospitality industry.
