The General Manager (GM) will oversee a large team and report directly to the Director of Operations. This role involves driving strategic planning, leading team efforts, managing budgets efficiently, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure organizational success. The GM plays a pivotal role in aligning operational goals with overarching company objectives without any travel requirements.

Responsibilities
