Seasonal Forbes Hotel Inspectors are professionals hired by Forbes Travel Guide on a temporary or seasonal basis to evaluate hotels, resorts, and other hospitality establishments. Their main role is to anonymously assess properties according to the Forbes Travel Guide’s rigorous standards, focusing on service, facilities, and overall guest experience. Inspectors use detailed checklists and criteria to rate properties, which then informs the annual Forbes star ratings. Seasonal inspectors typically work during peak travel periods and travel extensively to various locations. This position requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and a thorough understanding of luxury hospitality.

How do Seasonal Forbes Hotel Inspectors typically collaborate with hotel staff during an inspection?

Inspectors must balance objectivity with professionalism, fostering constructive relationships while upholding the integrity of the evaluation.
