A Global company is seeking to hire a ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our team and help us implement and maintain ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying ServiceNow applications and integrations that meet the business requirements and best practices of the HRSD module.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for ServiceNow HRSD solutions
Design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow HRSD applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio, Scripting, REST APIs, and other tools
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other HR systems and applications using MID Server, Web Services, JDBC, and other methods
Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing of ServiceNow HRSD solutions and ensure quality and performance standards are met
Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for ServiceNow HRSD solutions and integrations
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of ServiceNow HRSD solutions
Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices of ServiceNow HRSD and other related technologies

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration, with at least 1 year of experience in ServiceNow HRSD
Proficient in ServiceNow Studio, Scripting, REST APIs, and other ServiceNow development tools and methods
Experience in developing and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other HR systems and applications using MID Server, Web Services, JDBC, and other methods
Experience in working with ServiceNow HRSD scoped applications, such as Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions, and HR Performance Analytics
Experience in working with Agile methodology and using tools such as Jira, Git, and Jenkins
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
EDUCATION: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

DESIRED SKILLS:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HR certifications
