Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Paddles Up Poke, a vibrant and dynamic poke bowl restaurant. As a Shift Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations during your shift, leading by example to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
• Train new team members on restaurant policies, procedures, and job duties.
• Monitor food quality and ensure proper food safety procedures are followed.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving efficiency and profitability.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a leadership role in the restaurant industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Positive attitude and passion for providing exceptional service.
