The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role at Terrible's involves actively engaging with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial contact to onboarding. In addition to managing administrative tasks, this position focuses on scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and providing exceptional customer service to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and internal managers, promptly addressing inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist the recruitment team by conducting customized screening of applicants, assessing qualifications, and gauging interest levels.
- Welcome candidates at the Employment Center, guiding them through the application process at computer stations.
- Track candidate interviews and maintain detailed records in the system to monitor progress and interactions.
- Manage the HR Email Inbox, ensuring timely posting of job openings and promptly responding to hiring managers.
- Conduct compliance auditing related to drug and background screening processes.
- Handle incoming calls to the HR phone line, providing information and assistance to candidates and employees.
- Maintain meticulous records of interviews, hiring activities, and employee documentation.
- Represent the company at job fairs and career events to attract potential candidates.
- Provide support in coordinating recruitment projects and services for supervisors, hiring managers, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with gaming registration laws and facilitate the issuance of work cards as needed.
- Input data into the applicant tracking system (Workday) and manage document processing tasks such as printing, filing, archiving, scanning, and shredding.
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the HR Director and department leaders to schedule candidate interviews and facilitate effective onboarding processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Familiarity with HRIS, Payroll, and Benefits systems preferred.
- Proficient record-keeping capabilities.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving aptitude.
