THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Part Time Accounting Assistant. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for numbers, and above average communication skills, this might be a great fit for you! We offer a collaborative work environment with a focus on personal & professional growth. This position would be based out of our office in North Kingstown, RI. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review, prioritize, and respond to emails efficiently
• Enter overhead invoices and expenses into QuickBooks
• Process transactions in the bank feeds within QuickBooks
• Other tasks as assigned within the Accounting Department

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant educational background preferred
