Brief Description:

Trapeze/Cirque instructors needed for beginner to advanced campers aged 8-16. Duties include but are not limited to; working board, lines, flying and catching, coaching of lyra, hammock, silks, hula hoop. Program based staff, with no in cabin duties (unless wanted). Food and lodging included. Ten weeks from June 3rd - August 11th, two weeks work minimum. Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 6pm. 18+, criminal background check will be required.

Qualifications:

· Trapeze rig work experience

· Circus/aerial arts experience

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team to achieve goals

· Experience working with children.

Job Requirements:

Essential Functions/Duties

· Provide coaching to campers

· Work with program staff to help facilitate a trapeze/circus program

· Maintain and upkeep the program areas

· Attend in-service sessions

· Other duties as assigned

Compensation

Trapeze/Cirque instructors will be compensated at a rate of $500-$750 per week, subject to skills and experience. All regular compensation earned will be payable on the 10th and 26th of each month. Federal, state, local or other taxes or amounts will be deducted as required by law from the total compensation earned.
