We are Terminal B, a managed service provider that has been in business for 20 years. We are looking for someone who enjoys IT and is looking to grow their career and skill set in the field. The Support Engineer’s role will be to provide outstanding customer service as well as desktop level support to our Managed Services clients with a focus on two in the South Austin area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Going onsite 2-3 days a week to South Austin, with the rest being remote.
- Taking inbound service calls.
- Provide desktop hardware and software support for Windows workstation.
- Troubleshoot basic networking issues.
- Installation and troubleshooting workstation applications and services.
- Manage and maintain M365
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.

- Basic troubleshooting of Windows 10/11 OS.
- Printer hardware / software troubleshooting.
- Basic Networking knowledge.
- Experience with an enterprise IT environment.
- Microsoft 365.
- Azure AD.
- Microsoft Intune.

- ConnectWise Manage.
- CW RMM.
- SentinelOne.
- Cisco DUO.
- CDK Systems.
- Network + certification.
- CCNA certification.
