Senior IT Auditor

An organization is looking to hire an Senior IT Auditor to join their Internal Audit department. The ideal candidate will bring 2 years of relevant professional experience in the banking industry with to the table. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field with 2 years of related experience, or equivalent
• Professional certification (e.g., CISA, CIA)

• Experience with audit-specific data analytics techniques
• Ensure compliance with federal, state regulations, and internal policies within markets and centralized departments
• Develop and implement audit programs
• Lead audits and create risk control matrices
• Document audit procedures and results
• Integrate IT audit concepts into financial, regulatory, and operational audits
• Review IT audit test work
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Coordinate and lead complex audits within deadlines
• Evaluate effectiveness of controls over processes
• Assist in drafting audit reports
• Create audit work papers and navigate internal applications and systems
• Conduct consulting and assurance activities for new system implementations
• Maintain professional certifications and complete Continuing Professional Education (CPE)
• Comply with Safety in the Workplace policy
