Established Property Management Company seeking experienced, professional Maintenance Technicians to join our team. Candidates will be working under supervision of Facility Manager/Property Managers regarding on site daily repair and maintenance of office and retail centers in Metro Detroit Area.

Ideal Candidate will have the following stills and/or experience:

2 years working experience in commercial office, retail, and industrial buildings

· Must have a valid driver license

· General knowledge in Maintenance and repair of general building systems

· Roofing, asphalt, and concrete installation and maintenance knowledge preferred

· Plumbing, electrical, carpentry knowledge preferred

· Landscaping/Grounds Maintenance

· Ability to demonstrate safety and organizational competence

· Ability to work in a team atmosphere

· Assist property manager with various tasks: Obtain bids, assist in coordination of projects etc.

· Maintain a strong work ethic and professionalism at all times.

· Ability to work independently to complete tasks and projects on time.

· HVAC knowledge/certification a plus
