MBC Prince William - Student Ministry Coordinator

The Student Ministry Coordinator serves alongside the Director of Student Ministry to implement the vision, mission, and goal of Mclean Bible Church in the lives of students and their families. This role primarily focuses on engaging students and adult leaders with the gospel and discipling them through MBC’s student ministry.

Duties and responsibilities (Essential Functions)

The following items describe some of the ways this individual will accomplish this task:

• Assist with implementing a cohesive strategy of student ministry that aligns with the vision, mission, and goal of Mclean Bible Church.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating a student ministry volunteer team emphasizing student leaders.
• Disciple and equip student leaders among the students and encourage them in disciple-making efforts throughout their lives and in their schools.
• Help plan catalytic events and activities geared toward disciple-making and community-building Provide operational support for the student ministry.
• Assist in content creation for students and families, including through social media.
• Commit to membership at Mclean Bible Church through ongoing involvement in a Church Group.
• Participate in MBC’s churchwide student ministry team, planning and executing churchwide events and developing a churchwide vision for student ministry.
• Other duties as assigned by the Student Ministry Director.
