Job description

In all aspects of performance, during scheduled work time and outside of it, an Office Assistant is an ambassador for the Office of Mission & Ministry. The Office Assistant must have some basic computer knowledge, filing skills, and willingness to do a variety of tasks. Dependability, organization and confidentiality are required. Mission & Ministry appreciates assistance with any or all of the following tasks: clerical work, including filing, Xeroxing, minor on-campus errands, creating and posting program adverstisements throughout campus, maintaining Mission & Ministry bulletin boards. Assistants may also be called upon to be present for on-campus programs sponsored by Mission & Ministry and aid with program preparation. Other duties will include assisting with Chapel tasks such as changing missalettes and filing music. It is helpful if the student could be available on a flexible schedule, but it is not required.
