It involves creating programs, resources, and events that help parents and children grow in faith together, often integrating discipleship, education, and community building. Family Ministry leaders work to equip parents as primary spiritual influencers while providing opportunities for families to connect with each other and the wider church community. This ministry can include parenting workshops, family worship nights, small groups, and outreach activities tailored to families’ needs.
