Our fast-growing Wyoming law firm is looking for a Legal Intake and Welcome Manager—or as we like to think of it—a Manager of First Impressions. If you have previous customer service experience or sales experience, or have ever been interested in working for a law firm but don't yet have any formal legal training or real-world law firm experience, this is a great opportunity for you! $40,000 - $50,000 yearly

In a sense, you really gotta love this kind of work because litigation is often challenging and demanding. This is a fast-paced job and will require solid organizational skills and the ability to consistently and accurately multi-task and complete a variety of work.

You will encounter some repetition here, but each day will be somewhat different than the next, especially in the specific personal interactions you have with potential new clients (PNCs). This role is definitely people-focused and above all requires a "how can we help make your life better?" attitude. You should be excited to efficiently communicate relevant information to potential new clients and work to build and maintain a meaningful connection in a relatively short amount of time. You will have detailed training and onboarding but will also need to follow established operating procedures during the intake process. You also need to be great at a firm yet friendly follow-up and follow-through. In that way, this is a sales-focused position. It will require you to be persistent and persuasive. Lastly, because we are a team, we win and lose together. We're eager to hire folks who are willing to jump in and roll up their sleeves to help out wherever necessary.

You should be comfortable and excited doing this stuff:

• Talk with and listen well to new people on the phone daily
• Enter detailed information from intake calls in the firm's Client Relationship Management (CRM)
• Track intake and conversion-related metrics and data
• Schedule strategy sessions for (PNCs)
• Take payments from PNCs or current clients over the phone/online
• Follow-up with non-responsive PNCs
• Maintain clean and welcoming office space and conference room for clients, other guests, and our team--we want everyone who has a reason to be in our office to feel inspired and welcome
• General clerical (sorting, scanning, mailing), filing, and secretarial duties
• Communicate effectively and professionally with our attorneys, paralegals, and other team members about the status of the tasks assigned to you
