As our Tunnel Car Wash Assistant Manager, you'll be right in the driver's seat, helping to steer our car wash operations towards success. You'll be the co-captain of an energetic and passionate team, ensuring we deliver exceptional customer experiences that keep our guests coming back for more. Here's how you'll make waves:

Operational Excellence: You'll assist in overseeing all aspects of our wash operations, from daily tasks to membership sales, appearance, and cleanliness, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

Maintenance Maverick: We aim for 99% uptime during operational hours, and you'll help us achieve his by addressing equipment issues urgently and performing preventive maintenance. You're the hero who keeps our equipment humming!

Team Trailblazer: Your leadership will help us build a top-notch team that's all about positivity, teamwork, and customer focus. You'll assist in their development to become sales wizards and operational maestros.

Customer Champion: Excellent customer service is your middle name. You'll handle customer concerns, manage complaints, and ensure every guest has a fantastic experience, helping us maintain that shiny 4+ customer satisfaction rating.

Financial Navigator: You'll assist in keeping an eye on our financial performance, tracking revenue, labor, expenses, and profit margins. Your insights will guide us to take the right actions.

Tech Guru: You'll utilize and help train your team to use point-of-sale systems, computers, and other software effectively. Whether it's conferencing, email management, or inventory tracking, you've got it covered!

Qualifications for the Quest:

- A high school diploma is the starting point, but an associate's or bachelor's degree is like finding hidden treasure!
- You've got 1-2 years of supervisory experience in car wash or retail operations. You've seen it all!
- Technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and/or car wash equipment? You're like a wizard with tools!
- Tech-savvy? Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems, computers, and various software? You've got the digital compass!
- Flexibility is your middle name, including weekends, holidays, and working in all kinds of weather.
