Internet Sales Representative / BDC

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls, chat/call requests & incoming e-mail.
Record contacts in Lead Management System.
Convert sales opportunities to confirmed appointments or turn them to a Sales Consultant.
Make contact with assigned leads.
Previous customer service or background in customer support is a plus
Bilingual is a huge plus but not mandatory

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication & computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.

Ability to efficiently enter accurate information into computerized tracking system.

Hiring Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older
Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
