Job Title: Call Center Representative
Job Summary:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information regarding products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries and issues promptly. You will also maintain accurate records of interactions, process orders, and escalate complex cases as necessary.
Responsibilities
•Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, or provide updates as needed.
•Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions to customers.
•Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.
•Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
•Accurately document all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the CRM system.
Qualifications
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous phone manner.
•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and effectively under pressure.
•Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software; experience with call center software and tools is a plus.
•Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
•Positive attitude, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
