Job Title: Graphic Designer & Email Marketing Specialist

Location: Los Angeles, California (Hybrid role)

Our client is a renowned jewelry brand based in Los Angeles, California, specializing in creating ethereal and nature-inspired jewelry pieces, meticulously crafted with exquisite attention to detail and using the finest materials.

We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer & Email Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a passion and skillet for both graphic design and email marketing, and you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs for various marketing materials, as well as managing our email marketing campaigns to promote our brand and products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Design visually compelling graphics for digital and print marketing campaigns, including social media content, website banners, advertisements, brochures, packaging, and promotional materials.
Create original artwork, illustrations, and graphics that align with Logan Hollowell's brand aesthetic and storytelling narrative.
Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and standards.
Design and code engaging email templates for email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, and product announcements.
Manage email marketing campaigns from conception to execution, including planning, scheduling, segmentation, testing, deployment, and performance analysis.
Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other key performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, email marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and enhance our marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience as a graphic designer and email marketing specialist, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and successful email marketing campaigns.
Previous work experience in same are with luxury fashion, beauty and accessory brands.
Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Klaviyo.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual composition.
Excellent creativity, artistic flair, and attention to detail.
Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
