Human Resources Assistant

The expected pay range for the Human Resources Assistant I in Keaau is $19.25 hourly to $22.10 hourly.

The Human Resources (HR)Assistant works behind the scenes to complete various administrative HR tasks and provides HR support while working in a team environment. You will learn about recruiting/talent acquisition, benefits, onboarding, compliance, and other aspects of HR.

The schedule for the Human Resources Assistant position:

• Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with some flexibility for the start and end time
• This is NOT a remote position and will be working at our corporate office in Keaau

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, and Psychology degrees are a plus
• Associate degree preferred
• Two (2) years of related work experience or equivalent
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
