Associate Product Manager

Must complete the Associate Product Manager Assessment

100% remote (if not local to Pittsburgh) OR hybrid if local to Pittsburgh (within 50 miles)

This job will provide support for the development of a product's fundamental value proposition, vision, and execution plans. Under the guidance of the Product Manager, this job will help attain alignment and support from key strategic partners and stakeholders and support the execution of the strategic vision.

Responsibilities:

Support the department's and the company's strategic roadmap and competitive position, and aid in the development of a holistic product vision and corresponding product strategy to drive maximum value.

Actively anticipate future needs and utilize metrics and qualitative input to identify asset improvement opportunities.

Understand and communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences, from product team to executive levels.

Identify and drive both cross-product and cross-customer value and shared learnings.

Support the product backlog and use input from internal and partner teams to frequently refresh and re-prioritize the backlog.

Other duties as assigned or requested.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in science, technology, mathematics or related field OR additional years of experience

1 year of Product experience

Business Acumen for P&Ls

Communication

Conflict Management

Will work with different areas across the business to solve problems

Work collaboratively

Self-starter

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year with agile process

Healthcare or insurance experience
