Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in peoples lives. As our newest insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows. The office is located in Centerville, Ohio but if you are P&C licensed in the U.S you can work fully remote.

Licensed Insurance Sales Producer Requirements:

Property & Casualty license is not required we will help
1-2 years of insurance experience is required
Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas
Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in peoples lives
Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening.
Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
Must be motivated and determined

Property & Casualty license is required

Problem-Solving Capabilities.
Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
Be capable of handling customer rejection.
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
