Description:
Check housekeeping report daily and schedule the cleaning company or cleaner as necessary.
Inspect all units after the cleaning company has complete the unit.
Review the check list and give all forms to the rental manger.
Prepare appropriate unit work orders.

Shift:
- 8 hour shift
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)
- Understand Summerhouse Rental Inc's policy on work shifts, guest’s possessions and privacy issues
- Report cases of property damage to the Rental Manager
- Work with housekeepers on each shift
- Maintain a positive relationship with employees and guests
- Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies
- Assist with laundry management including Terry and Linen inventory.
- Inspect deep cleans when required
- Assist the rental manager
- Answer telephones
- Adhere to Summerhouse office dress code
