This means we can take cases large and small — across the entire state of Georgia — and have the resources available to push them for maximum value.

What The Day Looks Like:

This is a practice involving real property transactional work and some litigation.  The ideal candidate will possess experience with real estate transactional and title work, general litigation experience, or a combination of both.  Important to the role will be attention to detail and organization, as the candidate will be shepherding cases from the negotiation stage through settlement or litigation, and will assist closing attorneys with title clearance, scheduling and document prep as needed.  The candidate reviews closing packages for completeness, leases and bank and other documents, and from time to time will draft letters, releases and other documents for settlement or litigation. As with any client-facing practice, effective communication with clients is key to a candidate’s success. 

More information about our ideal candidate:

• Minimum 1-3 years of previous paralegal experience is required. Litigation or real estate preferred.
• Is computer savvy and enjoys learning new software
• Is detail oriented and can find their way around Microsoft Excel efficiently
• Possesses the organizational skills required to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Enjoys providing the highest level of service to clients
• Must be available to go into the Atlanta office up to three times a week to check incoming mail and scan/upload to our firms case management software.
