Salary: $25-$35/hr. + Uncapped Commissions
OTE: $70,000-$95,000

Core Hours: 10 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday-Saturday (off Sundays and one day during the week)

Jewelry Sales Associate (luxury retail exp. req.) Description
Our client, a family-owned luxury jewelry designer, is looking to add a Jewelry Sales Associate to their location in Fort Worth, TX. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring a memorable buying experience for each customer. You’ll focus on all product and brand lines when recommending merchandise for each customer’s unique needs. Whether you have high-end jewelry sales experience or a luxury sales background in another retail sector, you’ll receive technical product training to become a subject matter expert and leverage your product knowledge and innate sales acumen to close prospects. Aside from a proven track record of closing high-end sales, they’re looking for someone who can be assertive yet team-oriented. Someone who would appreciate an environment filled with collaboration and cohesion within a smaller, more intimate organization. Their leadership team is nimble and open to feedback, so you’ll benefit from a more flexible, people-first culture. Of their four other sales associates, three have been there since their store’s inception six years ago. That tenure defies industry standards which is a token of how they treat their team. Jewelry Sales Associate (luxury retail exp. req.) Responsibilities
• Greet customers and educate them on current promotions
• Maintain inventory awareness to provide and recommend merchandise
• Discover customer needs through a consultative sales approach
• Create and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability
• Maintain a visually appealing, organized store that aligns with the brand's identity
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Foster repeat business by building relationships with customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS register system
• Operate in a service-minded mentality and look for opportunities to offer assistance
• Maintain brand standards and pursue continuous product training
• Achieve individual and store goals for sales and customer acquisition
• Complete tasks or special projects assigned by store leadership
Jewelry Sales Associate (luxury retail exp. req.) Qualifications
• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience required
• Intermediate computer skills required
• Ability to work Saturdays and holidays required
