Established in 2001, Project Resources Group (PRG) is a growing, leading national provider of construction management and outside plant damage investigation and recovery services within the telecommunication and utility industries.   With approximately 700 employees spread across our many office and site locations, we provide the highest quality technical resources, project management, and risk mitigation services to our customers.

We are seeking an Operations Analyst to enhance our clients' operational efficiencies through expert data analysis. This role requires a keen ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and reports, directly impacting our clients' strategic decisions.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client data to generate detailed, actionable reports that assist in strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and presentations to clearly communicate analytical findings to clients.
• Collaborate with client management teams to align data analytics projects with their strategic objectives and ensure timely delivery.
• Utilize advanced predictive analytics and data modeling techniques to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizations for clients.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations analytics, preferably in telecommunications or utilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Suites and Microsoft Office.
• A strong background in computer science with practical experience in Python, R, and Power BI is highly preferred.

Skills & Abilities

• Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Outstanding communication skills, adept at presenting complex data in an accessible and engaging manner to diverse audiences.
• Deep analytical skills, demonstrated by the ability to derive meaningful insights from large, complex data sets.
• Flexibility to work extended hours as needed to meet project demands and client needs.

Pay and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off and more!  Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience, ranging $28.00 - $34.00 per hour.
