Choose a schedule that works for you! We have shift flexibility, including morning shifts, evening shifts, and shifts on Saturdays. We also offer split shifts that allow you to break up your workday – this means you can work some hours in the morning, take care of home or family errands during the afternoon, and then work the rest of your hours at night! You can work your schedule in our Melville office or choose a hybrid schedule that allows you to work some of your shifts from home!

How you will be paid for your valuable time:

Full Time is $630 per week base salary + Monthly and Yearly bonuses, Contest incentives and prizes every month!!

Full Time Bilingual Spanish Speakers earn $665 per week base salary +Monthly and Yearly bonuses, Contest incentives and prizes every month!!

  • Weekly pay. Pay day is every Friday!
  • You will receive a minimum of 4 pay increase reviews in your first year with us!

No experience is necessary.

You will start out in our new hire training class. Training is paid. We will prepare you for the common issues customers are facing, and we will teach you how to help them get through it! Our goal is to help our customers resolve their accounts as soon as possible while maintaining a high level of respect and professionalism.

After you graduate from new hire training you will be placed on a team where you will get lots of support. Your managers, trainers and teammates will all work with you and help you to become successful. We ONLY promote from within.

This position can open a lot of doors for those who take it. And we want to be there to help you open those doors when opportunity comes knocking.
