These capabilities are vital for recovering outstanding debts while maintaining professionalism and adhering to legal standards.

What is the 7 7 7 rule for debt collectors?

The 7-7-7 rule in debt collection refers to a guideline where collectors are advised to contact the debtor no more than seven times over seven days and to wait at least seven days between contact attempts. Debt collectors often use such rules to manage their outreach efforts while avoiding harassment claims.
